VF Racing / SCR car in the Classic Thunder Challenge currently in 1st place in class. Our drag car piloted by Mikee, managed a 9.06 1/4 mile at TOTB. Then we have Dimitrij in the SCR gymkhana car at the Fuelltopia Barrel Sprint at Santa Pod, qualified first then won, another great achievement and it looks as if we will go head to head with Ken Block yet again!

VF racing/SCr car in the classic thunder challenge currently in 1st place in class and holding on to 1st place overall which when you consider what overall means its amazing Vaughan is holding his own against big powerful purpose built touring cars like the Ford Falcon with its 700 + BHP V8.

We then have our drag car piloted by Mikee, first time the car has been out for 2 years was this years TOTB at Elvington where once he was used to the car he managed a 9.06 1/4 mile, one run would have been in the 8’s but he started to spin off so run disqualified.
Again what a result when you bear in mind everyone is talking about Andy Forests win, yet its got 2 more cylinders a load more displacement, two turbos and a sequential box, not detracting from Andy’s achievement but when you consider our SCr drag car is affordable, its an engine and gearbox anyone can have in their scoob, as opposed to a dream project which is a pure one off like AF’s car, and Mikee has to change gear manually whilst keeping the car in a straight line accelerating from 0-60 in 2.3 seconds.
